The Challenge
Modernize and expand on Boyko Dental’s visual identity, maintaining the essence of its previous logo, while creating new elements that can be integrated into its website, office, and other marketing channels.

With the launch of his independent practice, Dr. Boyko successfully rolls out a fresh, modern brand identity for Boyko Dental. The brand’s new look aligns with a customer base seeking personable and cutting-edge experience. The dental practice retained and expanded its patient base, demonstrated by the construction of its new office in Parma, Ohio.
Built on trust, compassion and clinical excellence, Boyko Dental sought to align its next generation identity with its visual branding. Owned by Corey Boyko, D.D.S., the dental practice wanted to update an outdated logo that misaligned with an emerging patient base. Attending to an increase of patients needing dental implants, as well as young families needing general dentistry care, Dr. Boyko knew he needed to update the brand’s visuals to match the delivery of his care.
Our Creative Approach
The practice’s former logo appeared dated and presented challenges in its application at smaller scales. Moreover, the script font didn’t match the modern vibe of the dental practice.
Clarke Creative started with thorough client intake and competitive research to create same-but-new logomarks that stood out among a competitive local market. With this creative strategy, Boyko Dental positioned itself as a technically advanced, yet caring, brand.
Dedicated to providing care for the community where he grew up, Dr. Boyko wanted his logo to have a personable touch. The previous logo’s sharp shapes felt impersonal, conflicting with Boyko Dental’s primary focus on compassionate healthcare. We applied rounded lines and smooth edges to the updated artwork, softening and polishing its appearance. A bold, clean, and human-centric typeface conveys compassionate confidence.
A simple color palette completes Boyko Dental’s brand identity. Black and white serve as a balanced base, accompanied by soothing blues and a fresh mint.
